Members agree to comply with all applicable group rules, including but not limited to:
Posting only your own approved matrimonial profile or content authorized by Ideal Jodi.
Following any posting limits, schedules, or frequency restrictions established by Ideal Jodi.
Not posting duplicate, misleading, false, or outdated information.
Not sending spam, advertisements, promotional content, or unrelated messages.
Treating all members with courtesy and respect.
Not harassing, threatening, abusing, or discriminating against other members.
Not sharing another member's personal information, photographs, or contact details without their consent.
Not using Community Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Ideal Jodi reserves the right to establish, modify, or remove Community Service rules, including posting limits, membership eligibility requirements, and moderation policies, at any time.
Ideal Jodi may remove any post, restrict posting privileges, remove a member from any WhatsApp group or Community Service, suspend access, or terminate membership, with or without prior notice, if a member violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or any Community Service rules.
Removal from a WhatsApp group or Community Service does not automatically cancel or terminate the member's subscription or membership unless otherwise determined by Ideal Jodi.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Ideal Jodi, including profile information, photographs, videos, biographies, and other materials ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Ideal Jodi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and use such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights to upload your content.
Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Your content does not violate any applicable law.
Your content is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or misleading.
Ideal Jodi reserves the right to remove, edit, restrict, or refuse any User Content that violates these Terms or our policies.
Ideal Jodi provides an online matrimonial platform to help members connect with potential matrimonial matches.
We do not guarantee that you will:
Receive profile inquiries.
Receive responses from other members.
Find a suitable match.
Establish a relationship.
Become engaged.
Get married.
Achieve any particular matrimonial outcome.
The success of introductions, communications, meetings, relationships, engagements, or marriages depends entirely upon the individuals involved and is beyond our control.
Membership fees are charged for access to the platform, verification process, communication tools, and related services—not for a guaranteed match, relationship, engagement, or marriage.
No refund, credit, compensation, or damages shall be payable solely because a member did not find a suitable match or did not achieve their desired matrimonial outcome.
All decisions regarding communication, meetings, engagement, marriage, relocation, gifts, financial arrangements, or any other personal commitments are made solely by the members involved.
Ideal Jodi does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any particular member.
Members are solely responsible for evaluating another member before making any personal, legal, or financial decision.
Members are solely responsible for their interactions with other users, whether online or offline.
Before:
Sharing personal information,
Meeting another member,
Sending money,
Making investments,
Providing gifts,
Traveling,
Becoming engaged,
Getting married,
members should independently verify all relevant information and exercise reasonable caution.
Identity verification performed by Ideal Jodi is intended to reduce fraud but does not guarantee honesty, character, compatibility, financial stability, intentions, or future conduct.
Users assume all risks associated with communicating or meeting another member.
Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times.
You shall not:
Create fake accounts.
Maintain duplicate accounts.
Impersonate another person.
Upload altered or misleading photographs.
Misrepresent your identity.
Misrepresent your age.
Misrepresent your marital status.
Misrepresent your education.
Misrepresent your profession.
Misrepresent your income.
Misrepresent your immigration status.
Misrepresent your family background.
Misrepresent your health.

You shall not use the Services for:
Fraud.
Financial scams.

Harassment.
Blackmail.

Email communications.
Cloud hosting.

Ideal Jodi is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or actions of third-party service providers.

Termination of an account does not relieve the user of obligations incurred before termination.

A criminal background check.
A financial investigation.
A credit check.
A character reference.
A guarantee of honesty.
A guarantee of compatibility.
A guarantee of future conduct.
Members remain solely responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideal Jodi disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Date Me USA Inc. d/b/a Ideal Jodi, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:
Your use or inability to use the Services.
Communications between members.
Meetings between members.
Relationships, engagements, or marriages.
Member conduct.
Fraud committed by another member.
Financial transactions between members.
Loss of income.
Loss of business.
Loss of reputation.
Loss of data.
Emotional distress.
Any decision made based on information available through the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Ideal Jodi strongly advises members never to send money, make investments, provide loans, purchase gifts upon request, or disclose sensitive banking or financial information to another member without conducting their own independent verification.
Any financial transaction between members is undertaken entirely at their own risk.
Ideal Jodi shall not be responsible or liable for any financial loss, fraud, theft, scam, or damages resulting from transactions or arrangements between members.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Date Me USA Inc. d/b/a Ideal Jodi, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your use of the Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Your infringement of another person's rights.
Your User Content.
Your interactions with other members.
Ideal Jodi reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the Services, including features, functionality, membership plans, pricing, verification requirements, or policies, at any time and without prior notice.

Users accessing the Services from outside the United States are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements in their country, state, province, or territory.
You understand that the availability of certain features, verification methods, payment options, or Services may vary depending on your location and applicable laws.

Proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
The arbitrator shall apply the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in a court of competent small claims jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law.
Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator or required by applicable law.
This Arbitration Agreement survives termination of your account and your relationship with Ideal Jodi.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, Cookie Policy (if applicable), and any additional policies referenced on our Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ideal Jodi regarding your use of the Services.
These documents supersede all prior understandings, agreements, communications, or representations relating to the Services.
