This Refund & Return Policy applies to all memberships, subscriptions, premium features, events, and other paid services offered by Date Me USA Inc., doing business as Ideal Jodi ("Ideal Jodi," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
All payments made to Ideal Jodi are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Policy or where required by applicable law.
Membership fees are charged for access to the Ideal Jodi platform, verification process, premium features, communication tools, and related services. Fees are not charged for a guaranteed match, response, relationship, engagement, or marriage.
Refunds will not be provided for any of the following reasons:
You did not find a suitable match.
You did not receive responses from other members.
You were dissatisfied with the number or quality of matches.
Another member declined or stopped communicating with you.
Your relationship or marriage did not proceed.
You changed your mind after purchasing.
You no longer wish to use the Services.
You forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal (where applicable).
You did not use your membership.
You used the Services only partially.
You were removed from the platform for violating our Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines.
Your account was suspended or terminated due to fraud, abuse, false information, or other policy violations.
You may cancel your membership or delete your account at any time.
Cancellation or deletion of your account does not entitle you to a full or partial refund of any fees already paid.
Any cancellation will become effective in accordance with your membership terms, and no unused portion of the membership fee will be refunded unless required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged due to a technical error caused solely by Ideal Jodi, such as:
Duplicate billing,
An incorrect charge,
A system processing error,
please contact us promptly at info@idealjodi.com.
Verified billing errors caused solely by Ideal Jodi will be corrected, and any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Ideal Jodi to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your account.
Recover any unpaid amounts permitted by law.
Contest the chargeback with the payment processor by providing relevant transaction records and account information.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
Free trials, promotional memberships, discounted plans, coupon offers, referral rewards, and complimentary services have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Memberships, subscriptions, and premium features are personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, or resold to another person unless expressly authorized in writing by Ideal Jodi.
Ideal Jodi reserves the right to modify membership plans, pricing, features, benefits, or promotional offers at any time.
Such changes will not affect payments already processed unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this Policy.
Your continued use of the Services after the revised Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
