Terms and Condition
**Effective Date: September 19, 2026**
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of idealjodi.com, the Ideal Jodi mobile applications, WhatsApp communities, events, personalized matchmaking services, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Date Me USA Inc., doing business as Ideal Jodi (“Ideal Jodi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional rules communicated for a particular feature or service.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
## 1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.
By registering, you represent and warrant that:
* You meet the applicable minimum age
* You are legally capable of entering into an agreement
* The information you provide is truthful and complete
* You are using the Services for lawful matrimonial purposes
* You will update material information when it changes
* You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
We may refuse registration, require additional verification, restrict access, or terminate an account that does not satisfy these requirements.
## 2. Profiles Created by Family Members
A parent, guardian, relative, or authorized representative may create or manage a profile for another adult only with that person’s knowledge and permission.
The person creating or managing the profile represents that:
* They are authorized to provide the submitted information
* The profile information is accurate
* The person represented meets the eligibility requirements
* They will not communicate, make commitments, or misrepresent themselves without authorization
We may request confirmation directly from the person represented and may restrict or remove any profile created without proper permission.
## 3. License to Use the Services
Ideal Jodi grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Services for lawful matrimonial purposes.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
* Copy or reproduce platform content
* Republish or commercially exploit content
* Sell, rent, license, or redistribute content
* Reverse engineer or interfere with the Services
* Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or data-mining tools
* Circumvent access, verification, payment, or security controls
* Attempt unauthorized access
* Use the Services to build or train a competing platform, database, or AI system
* Collect member information for commercial or unrelated purposes
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the property of Date Me USA Inc. or its licensors.
## 4. Acceptable Use
You must use the Services lawfully and respectfully.
You may not:
* Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse another person
* Upload obscene, hateful, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful content
* Create fake, duplicate, fraudulent, or misleading profiles
* Impersonate another person
* Misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, education, occupation, income, immigration status, family information, health, or photographs
* Send spam or unsolicited promotions
* Advertise products or services without written permission
* Solicit money, loans, investments, gifts, or banking information
* Use the Services for fraud, extortion, blackmail, trafficking, money laundering, or unlawful solicitation
* Upload malicious software
* Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
* Misuse match scores, reports, blocking tools, or member information
* Manipulate the recommendation system through automated or deceptive activity
Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, removal from community services, or permanent account termination.
## 5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to:
* Keep account information secure
* Use only your authorized account
* Notify us promptly of unauthorized access
* Provide accurate and current information
* Cooperate with reasonable safety or verification inquiries
Ideal Jodi is not responsible for loss resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
## 6. Verification Process
Members may be required to complete verification through one or more of the following:
* Government-issued photo identification
* Passport
* Driver’s license
* Aadhaar Card
* PAN Card
* OTP authentication
* Selfie verification
* Face-liveness verification
* Manual review
* Additional documentation where reasonably necessary
We may approve, reject, request additional information, suspend, or revoke verification.
Verification is intended to reduce fraud and improve trust. It is not:
* A criminal background check
* A financial investigation
* A credit check
* A character reference
* A guarantee of honesty
* A guarantee of compatibility
* A guarantee of financial stability
* A guarantee of intentions
* A guarantee of future conduct
Members remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
## 7. Profile Information
You must provide truthful and accurate information.
You must not materially misrepresent:
* Name
* Identity
* Age or date of birth
* Gender
* Marital status
* Religion
* Caste or community
* Education
* Employment
* Profession
* Income
* Citizenship, immigration, visa, or residency status
* Family background
* Health information
* Photographs
* Relationship or matrimonial intentions
* Any other material information
False or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, loss of verification, or permanent removal.
## 8. AI-Assisted Matchmaking
Ideal Jodi may use automated, algorithmic, or AI-assisted systems to identify, score, rank, filter, and recommend potential matrimonial matches.
These systems may consider:
* Profile information
* Expressly selected partner preferences
* Mutual preference alignment
* Search filters
* Location and eligibility
* Verification or account status
* Permitted activity and interaction information
* Learned preferences created from permitted activity
* Safety, blocking, and reporting restrictions
The system may evaluate compatibility in both directions by considering how closely each person matches the other person’s stated preferences.
The resulting scores may be combined into a mutual match score or percentage. Profiles may be filtered using a minimum score and ranked from higher to lower estimated alignment.
The factors, formulas, weightings, thresholds, ranking methods, and recommendation frequency may change as the Services are tested and improved.
## 9. Behavioral Personalization
With appropriate notice and consent where required, Ideal Jodi may use activity such as profile views, shortlists, interests, responses, photo requests, searches, filters, skipped profiles, and similar actions to personalize recommendations.
Blocking and reporting information is primarily used for safety and preventing unwanted interactions. A single block, report, rejection, or skipped profile will not, by itself, be treated as proof that a member does not want an entire religion, caste, community, ethnicity, or other sensitive group.
Where available, members may disable behavioral personalization or reset learned preferences. Disabling behavioral personalization does not necessarily disable matches based on expressly selected profile and partner preferences.
## 10. Match Scores and Recommendations Disclaimer
Compatibility percentages, “AI-selected matches,” “Best Matches Today,” match rankings, learned preferences, and similar recommendations are automated estimates.
They are not:
* Scientific or psychological assessments
* Professional relationship advice
* Background checks
* Character evaluations
* Guarantees that profile information is accurate
* Guarantees of mutual interest
* Guarantees of compatibility
* Guarantees of a response, relationship, engagement, or marriage
* Endorsements of any member by Ideal Jodi
Scores may be incomplete or inaccurate because they depend on available profile information, member-selected preferences, member activity, system limitations, and information provided by other members.
A high score does not mean that Ideal Jodi has verified a person’s character, family background, financial condition, intentions, health, or suitability for marriage.
Members must independently evaluate every potential match.
## 11. Best Matches Today
Ideal Jodi may prepare daily match recommendations in advance and temporarily store them to improve loading time and service performance.
If prepared recommendations are unavailable, the Services may calculate recommendations when requested.
The availability, number, quality, and frequency of recommendations depend on:
* Available eligible profiles
* Mutual preferences
* Search criteria
* Account status
* Location
* Verification status
* Blocking or safety restrictions
* Member activity
* Technical availability
Ideal Jodi does not guarantee that new recommendations will be available every day.
## 12. No Guarantee of Match or Marriage
Ideal Jodi provides tools intended to help members discover and communicate with potential matrimonial matches.
We do not guarantee that you will:
* Receive profile inquiries
* Receive responses
* Be shown a particular member
* Be recommended to a particular member
* Find a suitable match
* Establish a relationship
* Become engaged
* Get married
* Achieve any particular matrimonial outcome
Membership fees are charged for access to features and services, not for a guaranteed match, relationship, engagement, or marriage.
Failure to find a match or achieve a desired outcome does not create a right to a refund, credit, compensation, or damages.
## 13. Independent Decision-Making
All decisions concerning communication, meetings, relationships, engagement, marriage, relocation, gifts, finances, investments, travel, or personal commitments are made solely by the members involved.
Ideal Jodi does not recommend, endorse, approve, or guarantee any member.
Members are responsible for verifying relevant information before making personal, legal, financial, travel, or matrimonial decisions.
## 14. Member Safety
Members are responsible for online and offline interactions.
Before meeting, sharing sensitive information, traveling, sending money, giving gifts, becoming engaged, or getting married, members should independently verify relevant information and exercise reasonable caution.
You should never send money, make investments, provide loans, purchase requested gift cards, transfer cryptocurrency, or disclose banking credentials to another member without independent verification.
Identity verification reduces certain risks but does not eliminate fraud, dishonesty, harassment, or unsafe conduct.

## 15. Interests, Messages, Photo Requests, and Blocking
Features may allow members to:
* Send or receive interests
* Accept or reject interests
* Request or grant photo access
* Shortlist profiles
* View contact information
* Communicate through available tools
* Block or report members
Receiving a recommendation, interest, contact view, message, or photo request does not create any obligation to respond.
Ideal Jodi may restrict repeated requests, spam, harassment, or attempts to bypass another member’s rejection or block.
Blocking may prevent both members from viewing or contacting each other, subject to technical and safety requirements.
## 16. WhatsApp Groups and Community Services
Ideal Jodi may provide access to WhatsApp groups, events, webinars, meetups, and other community channels.
Participation is a privilege and may be limited according to membership type, location, verification status, group capacity, participation, and community rules.
Members must:
* Post only authorized matrimonial content
* Follow posting schedules and frequency limits
* Keep profile information current
* Avoid duplicate, misleading, or unrelated posts
* Avoid advertising, spam, or solicitation
* Treat members respectfully
* Protect other members’ privacy
* Follow administrator instructions
Ideal Jodi may modify group rules, posting schedules, membership limits, and eligibility requirements.
We may delete posts, restrict posting, remove members from a group, or suspend community access with or without prior notice when rules are violated.
Removal from a WhatsApp group does not automatically cancel an online account or paid membership unless otherwise determined under the applicable membership terms.
WhatsApp is a third-party service and has its own terms and privacy practices.
## 17. User Content
You retain ownership of profile information, photographs, videos, biographies, and other materials you submit (“User Content”).
You grant Ideal Jodi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use User Content as reasonably necessary to:
* Operate the Services
* Display your profile
* Generate biodata or profile materials
* Provide matchmaking services
* Moderate and protect the community
* Promote Ideal Jodi where you have provided permission or where otherwise permitted by law
You represent that:
* You own the content or have permission to submit it
* The content is accurate and lawful
* The content does not violate another person’s rights
* The content is not defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, or misleading
We may remove, edit, crop, format, restrict, or refuse content that violates these Terms or our policies.
## 18. Privacy of Member Information
You may not:
* Copy another member’s profile for unauthorized purposes
* Share photographs or contact information without permission
* Publish information obtained through the Services
* Sell or distribute member information
* Use member information for marketing
* Harvest or scrape data
* Use member information for harassment, blackmail, fraud, or discrimination
Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
## 19. Memberships, Payments, and Features
Certain features may require a paid membership, verification, or additional eligibility requirements.
Membership plans, prices, durations, features, access limits, communication benefits, WhatsApp access, and personalized services may vary by country, platform, and promotional offer.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:
* The selected plan
* Plan duration
* Included features
* Price and currency
* Applicable taxes
* Renewal terms, if any
* Refund terms
Purchasing a plan does not guarantee a minimum number of matches, responses, introductions, meetings, or matrimonial outcomes.
## 20. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable except:
* When a payment or billing error was caused by Ideal Jodi
* When a refund is expressly approved by Ideal Jodi
* When a refund is required by applicable law
Not finding a suitable match, not receiving responses, dissatisfaction with recommendations, removal from a WhatsApp group, inactivity, account suspension for a policy violation, or failure to use purchased features does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or another method selected by Ideal Jodi.

## 21. Third-Party Services
Ideal Jodi may use third-party providers for:
* Identity verification
* OTP authentication
* Payment processing
* Cloud hosting
* Software development
* Analytics
* Security
* SMS, telephone, email, push, and WhatsApp communications
* Customer support
* Other operational services
We do not control the availability, performance, security, or independent practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies.
## 22. Electronic Communications
By registering and opting in where required, you consent to receiving electronic communications, including:
* SMS
* Push notifications
* Account notices
* Match and interest notifications
* Legal notices
* Billing notices
* Membership reminders
* Security alerts
* Platform announcements
Electronic communications satisfy requirements that communications be in writing where permitted by law.
You may opt out of promotional communications, but we may continue sending necessary service, transaction, security, and legal communications.
## 23. Restricted Access
Certain features may be limited to verified members, paid members, selected membership plans, geographic areas, or eligible profiles.
Ideal Jodi may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or remove access to a feature according to these Terms, applicable plans, safety concerns, technical requirements, or legal obligations.
## 24. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, deactivate, reject, or permanently terminate an account if we reasonably believe that a member:
* Violated these Terms or another policy
* Provided false or misleading information
* Violated applicable law
* Harassed or threatened another person
* Misused the Services
* Created multiple unauthorized accounts
* Attempted unauthorized access
* Compromised platform security
* Engaged in fraud or unlawful activity
* Manipulated matchmaking or recommendation features
* Created risk for members or the public
* Failed required verification
* Violated community or WhatsApp rules
We may preserve relevant records after termination for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, or protection of members.
Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred before termination.
## 25. No Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideal Jodi disclaims express and implied warranties, including warranties concerning:
* Merchantability
* Fitness for a particular purpose
* Non-infringement
* Accuracy
* Reliability
* Availability
* Compatibility
* Match-score accuracy
* Successful matchmaking
* Relationship or marriage outcomes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or continuously available Services.
## 26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Date Me USA Inc. d/b/a Ideal Jodi and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:
* Use or inability to use the Services
* Match scores, rankings, or recommendations
* Incorrect or incomplete profile information
* Communications between members
* Meetings or relationships between members
* Engagements or marriages
* Member conduct
* Fraud committed by a member
* Financial transactions between members
* Loss of income, business, reputation, or data
* Emotional distress
* Unauthorized sharing by another member
* Decisions based on information provided through the Services
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 27. Financial Transaction Disclaimer
Any financial transaction or arrangement between members occurs entirely at their own risk.
Ideal Jodi is not responsible for fraud, theft, scams, investment losses, loans, gifts, cryptocurrency transfers, purchases, or financial arrangements between members.
## 28. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Date Me USA Inc. d/b/a Ideal Jodi and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:
* Your use of the Services
* Your violation of these Terms
* Your violation of law
* Your infringement of another person’s rights
* Your User Content
* Your interactions with members
* False or unauthorized information you submitted
* A profile you created or managed without permission
## 29. Changes to the Services
We may modify, test, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the Services, including:
* Features
* Matchmaking methods
* AI or automated systems
* Scoring factors
* Thresholds
* Recommendation frequency
* Membership plans
* Prices
* Verification requirements
* Community rules
* Available platforms
We are not liable for modification, suspension, or discontinuation except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
## 30. Force Majeure
Ideal Jodi is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, governmental action, changes in law, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, Internet failure, telecommunications failure, cyberattack, power outage, or failure of third-party providers.
## 31. International Users
Ideal Jodi serves members in multiple countries.
Feature availability, verification methods, payment options, privacy rights, and membership services may vary by location.
Users are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their use of the Services.
Personal information may be processed in the United States, India, and other locations as described in our Privacy Policy.
## 32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, the Services, or business practices.
We will update the Effective Date when changes are made. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, application, email, or another appropriate method.
Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
## 33. Assignment
Ideal Jodi may assign, transfer, delegate, or subcontract its rights and obligations as permitted by law.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
## 34. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
## 35. Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision or any other right.
A waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized Ideal Jodi representative.
## 36. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.
The arbitration will be conducted by one arbitrator.
Claims must be brought individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party may participate in a class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private-attorney-general action.
Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration will take place in New York, New York, in English.
The arbitrator will apply New York law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court.
Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
This arbitration agreement survives account termination.
## 37. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Legal actions not subject to arbitration must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in New York, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
## 38. Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, and additional policies or plan terms referenced through the Services constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Services.
They supersede prior representations or agreements concerning the same subject matter.
## 39. Survival
Provisions concerning intellectual property, payments, member privacy, indemnification, limitation of liability, financial transactions, dispute resolution, governing law, and any provision intended by its nature to survive will remain effective after termination.

## Acknowledgement
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
